William J. Barlow

William J. Barlow , 90, Girardville passed away unexpectedly Monday January 4 ^th in Girardville.

Born in Ashland, he was a son of the late William and Catherine Murray Barlow.

William was a United States Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 309, Girardville and the Saint Clair Fish and Game Club. William was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Dolores "Dodie" Barlow; a daughter, Deborah Miller and his sister Mary Ellen Barlow.

William is survived by his daughter Cathy Barlow and her significant other, Edward Burns, Girardville; his two sons: William and Robert Barlow, Girardville; his eight grandchildren: Gretchen, Jennifer, Jamie Lynn, Robert, Danny, Leah, Jimmy and Avahay; he is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and by nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held for the family.
