Theresa A. Beoris , 84, Frackville, died peacefully Monday evening at Schuylkill Medical Center, East Norwegian St., Pottsville, with her family at her side.
Born in McAdoo she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary ( Voccola ) Friendy. She had been employed as a seamstress in the local garment industry until her retirement in 1992.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Annunciation Church, Frackville.

A loving wife, mother and grand-mother, Theresa was noted for her love of cooking and especially for her Italian dishes she would prepare for her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, John J. Beoris who died in 2006 and her sister Dorothea Friendy.

Theresa is survived by her two daughters; Mary Ann wife of Al Flail, Pottsville and Linda M. wife of Gerry Ziminski, McAdoo, her grand-daughters Maria wife of John Henneberg and Lauren Gallagher, her great-granddaughter, Leah Theresa Henneberg her brother Nicholas " Buddy " Friendy and his wife Maria, Riverside CA, also by nieces and a nephew.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday in Annunciation B.V.M. Catholic Church, Frackville, with Rev. Robert T. Finlan, pastor, as the celebrant. Friends may call at the church on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until time of mass. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, McAdoo.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions, in Theresa's name, be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105
