Steve Homola

Steve Homola , 71, Frackville, died peacefully Friday morning, surrounded by his family, at the home of his son Steve, in Mowry.

Born in Pottsville he was a son of the late Peter and Anna " Demavich " Homola. He had been employed for several years by Reading Anthracite until his retirement.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Steve was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and a member of English Center Lodge, Lycoming County.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years the former Mary A. " Naspinsky " in 2004 and his granddaughter Brianne Homola.

He is survived by his daughter Sheryl wife of Joe Maloney, Frackville, his son Steve Jr and his wife Charmaine Homola, Mowry, his grandson Steven C. Homola, a brother George and his wife Anita Homolo, Hamburg and by several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
