Sandra E. Mengel

Sandra E. Mengel , 58, Frackville died peacefully Wednesday afternoon at Broad Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Frackville.

Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Dolores (Fenstermacher) Stutz of Schuylkill Haven.

Sandra had last been employed by Rest Haven Nursing Center, Schuylkill Haven, as a nurse's aid.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Walter W. "Butch" Mengel, a daughter Wendy, wife of Edward Kronkowsky, Frackville; a son David and his wife Andrea Mengel, Frackville; Four grandchildren, Evan, Alex, Kamryn, Caden.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family requests contributions, in Sandra's name, be made to the American Cancer Society, 10 N. 4th Street Minersville, PA 17954.
