Robert R. Chuplis, 70, of Girardville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 28th, at Geisinger Medical Center, Shamokin.

Born in Shenandoah, he was the son of the late Anthony J. Chuplis and Alberta Johnson Chuplis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judith Ann Chuplis; his two sons, Robert and David Chuplis; and a brother, Daniel Chuplis.

Robert is survived by his brother, Anthony "Chipper" Chuplis and his wife, Susie, of Shenandoah; his sister, Rita Pritula and her husband, John, of Lost Creek; his brother, Richard Chuplis and his wife, Angela, of Wapwallopen; and his beloved grandson, David Chuplis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
