Reginald R. "Reggie" Parker

Reginald R. "Reggie" Parker , 51, Girardville, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning at his residence.

Born in Boston, MA, he was a son of Virginia Edwards Addai and the late Alton R. Parker. Reggie worked as a self-employed contractor.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter Araeya Parker.

Reggie is survived by his mother Virginia of Boston; his wife Tina Parker, Minersville; daughter Shauna and her husband James Cuff, Pittston, 2 step-daughters: Dawn Kroh, Girardville, Heather Brennan, Minersville; a step-son Joseph Kroh III, Minersville; 2 brothers: Greg and Anthony Parker, Boston; 4 sisters: Sonia Hicks, Maryland, Christy, Kimberly and Jacqueline Parker, all of Boston; 4 Grandchildren: Gaige, Seth, Charlie and Lydiah; also survived by numerous nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 8 p.m. on Saturday with Rev. Brian Beissel officiating. Friends may call at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Girardville, from 5 p.m. until time of service.
