Raymond V. Brennan Sr.
Raymond V. Brennan Sr. , 75, Liberty, formerly of Girardville, passed away on Monday, November 7 th at UPMC Harrisburg.
Born in Ashland, he was a son of the ,ate Wesley and Sarah Green Brennan. He worked as a machine builder until his retirement.
Raymond was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Liberty VFW and American Legion. He was a longtime baseball coach for Deep Run Valley, Perkasie. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and belonged to the Liberty Township Sportsman's Association.
In addion to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 9 siblings: James, Michael "Mickey", John, Tom, Joe, Rich, Rennie, Sarah "Sis" and Betty.
Raymond is survived by his two sons: Raymond Brennan Jr. and his wife Donel, Perkasie; Brian Brennan and his wife Beth, Landisville; his brothers: Bob Brennan, Ashland and Vince Brennan, Frackville; his grandchildren: Kye, Cole, Rachel, Mia and Maggie; his great-grandchildren: Hannah, Harper and Harrison; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 10 th at 11 a.m. from Saint Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland with Rev. Brian Miller as the celebrant. Friends and family may call at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of mass. Interment with military honors will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
