Patrick J. McCabe Sr.

Patrick J. McCabe Sr ., 74, Frackville passed away on Thursday, October 24th at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Gerald and Grace (Caton) McCabe.

Pat served our country serving in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Hose Co. #1 in Ashland.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Helen McCabe in 2022; and four brothers: Lamar, James, John and Joseph.

Pat is survived by his two sons: Patrick McCabe Jr. and his wife Sara, Frackville; Brian McCabe and Jen Rau of Gordon; his daughter, Angela DeAngelo, Ashland; his siblings: Gerald, Mildred, Robert, Thomas and Kevin; his 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services with military honors will be held at 9 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Friday, November 1st.
