Michael A. Torres

Michael A. Torres, 66, Frackville, passed away peacefully on October 24 ^th at the Broad Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Frackville.

Born in New York City, he was a son of the late Miguel and Francis Ortega Torres. Mike worked as a psychiatric nurse's aide at the VA Hospital in Lebanon.

Michael was a big New York Yankees fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters Virginia Stone and Ida Jacobs.

Mike is survived by his two sons: Hunter Torres, Albany, NY and Michael Gics, Lancaster; his sister Margie Sikora and by nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
