Mary Burock

Mary Burock , Gilberton, died peacefully Thursday at her residence.

Born in Gilberton she was a daughter of the late Peter and Stella " Stefero " Burock. She was a member of Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, Frackville.

Mary loved the outdoors and was an avid gardener.

She was preceded in death by four brothers;: Frank, Pete, Steve and Andy Burock and her sister Nellie Bowker.

Mary is survived by her sister Anne Bobiak, Gilberton, her brother Russell and his wife Theresa Burock, Center Valley, her "albeit" David Burock, Gilberton, nephews Ron Bobiak, Wantage, NJ, Joe Bobiak, Stroudsburg also by several additional nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m on Monday from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, with Very Rev. James Jadick, rector of Holy Ascension Orthodox Church officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Englewood, Frackville. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 9 a.m until time of service.
