Marilyn R. Pyle

Marilyn R. Pyle , 83, Frackville, formerly of Shenandoah, passed away peacefully Saturday morning at Manor Care Health Services, Pottsville.

Born in Shenandoah she was a daughter of the late William and Ruth ( Eckroat ) Roberts.

She was a 1951 graduate of the former J.W. Cooper High School, Shenandoah.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, of 62 years, James D. Pyle, her son Brian and his wife Ann Pyle, Frackville, her daughter Marilynn wife of Leonard Nowak, Ringtown, her grandchildren; Stacey, Kristen and Casey, her great-grandchildren Hadley and Maura, her brother Warren Roberts, Shenandoah and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, with Rev. Neal Smith, officiating. Interment will be in Annunciation Cemetery, Frackville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. and on Thursday morning from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.
