Marian Wirsing

Marian Cardiff Wirsing , 80, formerly of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away peacefully Friday in Port Orange, FL.

Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late James and Julia (Reddy) Cardiff. She had been employed as a CNA until her retirement.

Marian was preceded in death by a son Edward Wirsing.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Terri (Ken) Shapiro, Cathy (Craig) Patten and Susan Wirsing; siblings: James, Joan and Linda; 6 grandchildren: Rhi, Jenn, EJ, Chris, Anthony, & Ashley; 2 great-grandchildren: Kat & Trey.

Marian loved shopping and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Girardville with Rev. Edward B. Connolly officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
