Leonard J. Petusky

Leonard J. Petusky , 87, Girardville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 19th at Tremont Nursing Home.

Born in Girardville, Leonard was a son of the late Albert and Anna (Sincavage) Petusky. He was a graduate of the former Girardville High School. Shortly after, he enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country from 1955 to 1958.

Lenny enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He loved gardening, collecting antiques, and taking daily walks around his hometown of Girardville, where he was a familiar and friendly face.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta (Laconis) Petusky; his brother, Albert Petusky Jr.; and his grandson, Richard Petusky.

Lenny is survived by his two daughters, Denise Petusky and Linda Petusky; his two sons, Jim Petusky and Kenneth Petusky; his grandchildren Rachel, Jenna, Jimmy, Michael, and Ryan; and his great-grandchildren Charizma, Chloe, Danika, Cole, Isabella, and Rowan.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment with military honors will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs.
