John F. Yagielniskie III

John F. "Johnny" Yagielniskie III , 31, Girardville, died peacefully Tuesday night at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville from complications due to infectious Endocarditis.

Born in Pottsville, he was the son of John F. Yagielniskie, Girardville and the late Linda  Boyer . He was a 2003 graduate of the former Cardinal Brennan High School.

He had been employed as a stock clerk at Big Lots and throughout high school worked for Boyer's Markets.

He was preceded in death by sister Mariana Yagielniskie, his step-mother Geraldine " Grady " Yagielniskie, his uncle Daniel Yagielniskie and his paternal grandfather John F. Yagielniskie, his maternal grandfather, Harold Boyer and maternal grandmother Nancy Schal.

In addition to his father he is survived by his grandmother Mary Tobias, Ashland, his sisters Melanie Grady, Shenandoah, Tanya Bennett, Gilberton and half sister Stacey Monterosso, Hazleton area, his half brother John Monterosso, Pottsville area, his niece and nephews; Adara, Chase and Keaton Daniel Scott Gilbert also by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Girardville. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
