Jean A. Urban

Jean A. Urban , 90, formerly of Girardville passed away peacefully Friday at Ridgeview Health Center, Shenandoah Heights.

Born in Girardville she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Elsie Barnes Urban. She had been employed as a cashier for the former Acme Markets and later did clerical work for Yesalavage Insurance Company.

She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church Girardville. Jean was a graduate of the former Girardville High School and enjoyed playing the violin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers William E. Urban Sr. and Robert F. Urban.

She is survived by her sister-in-law Joan Urban and by several nieces and nephews.

Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
