Janice H. Kutchinsky, 62, of Frackville, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17th, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Ashland, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (English) Evans. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Alexandria; her sister, Susie Berezwick; and her nephew, Keith Berezwick.

Janice was a truly family-oriented woman whose greatest joy in life came from the people she loved most. She cherished every moment spent with her family and looked forward to gatherings where everyone could be together, sharing laughter, stories, and creating memories. Whether it was holidays, special occasions, or simple everyday moments, Janice found happiness in being surrounded by those closest to her.

She enjoyed going on vacations with her family, treasuring the time away together and the memories made along the way. One of her favorite traditions was Friday family fun nights, which became a special time for togetherness, laughter, and strengthening the close bond she shared with her loved ones. Above all else, Janice’s heart belonged to her grandchildren. She adored them deeply, took great pride in them, and treasured every moment she was able to spend with them. Her love, warmth, and devotion to her family will be remembered always.

Janice is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Dave A. Kutchinsky, of Frackville; her daughter, Lauren Kurdinsky and her husband, Michael, of Danville; her sisters, Colleen Petrewicz and her husband, Gary, and Joni Kitsock and her husband, Bobby, both of Hummelstown. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Crew and Monroe, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Private funeral services will be held at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville.
