David R. Chuplis

David R. Chuplis , 36, Girardville passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday at his home.

Born in Pottsville, he was a son of Robert and Judith Stanton Chuplis of Girardville.

Dave was a graduate of North Schuylkill High School and was an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoyed hiking and shooting the BB guns with his son David.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Anthony and Alberta Chuplis and his maternal grandparents Thomas and Bernice Stanton.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son David G. Chuplis and his mother Chantelle Klinger, Pottsville; his brother Robert Chuplis, Girardville and his girlfriend Sadie Hart; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Sunday November 11 ^th from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Girardville. Friends are invited to a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday evening. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions be made to Robert T. Chuplis at 354 W. Main Street Girardville, PA 17935 to help defray funeral costs.
