Cheryl J. Schwab
Cheryl J. Schwab, 53, 218 W. Mount Vernon Street, Shenandoah, died Sunday morning at St. Catherine Medical Center, Ft. Springs.
Born in Butler Twp. she was a daughter of Betty " Robbins " Rector , Shenandoah, and the late David J. Rector. She had been employed as a sewing machine operator for Wenton Shoe Co., Kutztown, until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by a brother Kevin Rector in 2005.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her companion David Schadler, Shenandoah, two sons; George P. Schwab Jr., Catonsville, Md and Dr. Brian M. Schwab, Reading, two brothers David Rector, Fla and Ronald Rector, Shenandoah, her sister Joann Meyers, Shenandoah, a grandson and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, also her beloved pets Kelly and Cadie.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Frackville. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday morning from 10 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions, in Cheryl's name, be made to the charity of your choice.
