Catherine Hoffman

Catherine Hoffman , 93, Frackville, passed away peacefully Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest with her family by her side.

Born in Frackville, she was a daughter of the late Alex and Mary Stoppi Kuzio. She had been employed  as a seamstress in the local garment industry.

She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, Frackville.

She was preceded in death by her husband William T. Hoffman,1990, her son Thomas J. Hoffman, 1994 and her siblings; Mary Sich, Ann Maliniak, Steven Kuzio and Julia Dougert.

Catherine is survived by two sons; David and his wife Tina Hoffman, Pine Grove and William Hoffman, Frackville, her daughter Susan wife of Paul Reznikov, Manlius, NY, her grandchildren; Chloe, Mark and William Reznikov and Matthew and Carly Hoffman, her niece Elaine Maliniak and nephew Stephen Kuzio.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Michael's Ukrainian Church, Frackville, with Rev. Petro Zvarych, pastor, as the celebrant. Friends may call at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, on Monday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. with Panikhida service at 10:15. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Englewood, Frackville.
