Catherine "Katie" Bainbridge , 31, Frackville, passed away peacefully Tuesday night at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, with her loving family by her side.

Born in Danville, she was a daughter of Duane Bainbridge and Betty Hackenberg.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Frackville.

Katie was known for her quick wit, her unforgettable laugh, and the way she could light up any room with her sense of humor. She told the best jokes that left everyone smiling. She was always "Daddy's little girl," a title she cherished throughout her life.

With a heart of gold, Katie was kind, caring, and always put others before herself. Her greatest joy in life was her children, whom she loved more than anything in the world. Her love for them was endless and unconditional — the foundation of everything she did.

She will be remembered for her laughter, her warmth, and the love she shared so freely with everyone around her.

She was preceded in death by her companion Cody Murphy; her paternal grandmother, MamMam Bainbridge and maternal grandparents Doris and Michael Hughes.

In addition to her parents, Katie is survived by her son Braeden Bainbridge; her daughters; Keira Murphy and Nova Murphy; her brothers: Dylan Hughes and Cody Hackenberg; her sisters: Miranda Bainbridge, Jesalynne Bainbridge and Justeen Hackenberg; her boyfriend, Bobby Seigal. Also surviving are aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, with pastor Rev. Carl Shankweiler, officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions for Katie's children be made to Duane Bainbridge at 121 W. Chestnut Street Frackville, PA 17931
