Brian P. McDonald , 36, Shenandoah, passed away suddenly Sunday morning at his home.

Born in Pottsville, he was a son of Patrick and Mary Miller McDonald of Shenandoah. He was employed as a laborer for Corsicana Bedding in Mahanoy City.

Brian attended Mahanoy Area High School and was an avid Notre Dame, Eagles and Phillies fan. He enjoyed playing with his dog Mya.

In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by two brothers: Fred and his wife Hope McDonald, Girardville and Billy McDonald and his fiancé Lisa Horst and their son Liam, Ashland; his sister Bridget McDonald, Girardville, also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and his girlfriend Angela Pleva, Shenandoah.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
