Brian K. Darker

Brian K. "Pipes" Darker , 47, Frackville, passed away on Saturday morning at his residence.

Born in Pottsville, he was the son of Deborah Bashore Cappel and the late Earl Darker. Brian worked as a laborer for Fabcon Precast, Mahanoy City and was known to many as "Pipes."

Brian was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, hunting and fishing.

Brian is survived by his wife of 12 years, Shannon Price Darker, Frackville; his mother Deborah and step-father James Cappel; his daughter Brittany Darker and her husband William Butler, Frackville; his son Jaden Darker, Frackville; his brother Craig Darker, Minersville; his sister Tammy and her husband Rob Slish, Minersville; his father and mother-in-law, Harry and Peggy Price, Frackville; brother-in-law, Shawn and his wife Karen Price, Frackville; sister-in-law, Ashley and her husband Joseph Cammisa, Berwick; his three grandchildren: Aloura, Wyatt and Alison and also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 2 ^nd at 12 noon from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville.  Friends are invited to a visitation at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
