Beth Ann Smith

Beth Ann Smith, 53, of Edgewater, MD died on December 6 ^th at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Born in Frackville, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Doris Shuey Kostishak. She worked as a contract specialist for the Internal Revenue Service.

Beth is survived by her two daughters, Nicole and Taylor Smith; her brother, D.M. Kostishak; her sister, Denise Hook; her boyfriend, Dave Dewhirst and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 16th at the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville with Rev. Carl Shankweiler officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville.
