Obituary

Anthony C. Yanchulis, 84, of Frackville, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 24th.

Born in Frackville, he was a son of the late Charles and Mary (Minahan) Yanchulis.

Anthony was employed as a state inspector for the Licensing Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until his retirement.

Anthony had a deep passion for running and embraced the discipline, dedication, and sense of peace it brought to his life. Whether taking to the streets of town or enjoying the fresh air of the outdoors, running was one of his greatest joys and a reflection of his strong spirit and determination. He also found great happiness in gardening, taking pride in tending to his flowers and plants and watching them flourish through the seasons. He was always busy building or creating something with his hands.

Above all, Anthony was a devout Catholic whose faith was the foundation of his life. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Frackville.

He cherished his family deeply and held a special love for all of his nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date. Interment will be held in Annunciation Cemetery, Englewood section of Frackville.
