Anne E. Hause , LPN, 62, Girardville, passed away peacefully Friday morning ,at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in the former Ashland Hospital she was a daughter of the late Walter and Cecelia ( Cooney ) Kelly. She had been employed by Ultimate Home Healthcare as a personal care nurse.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Girardville , Worship Center of St. Charles Borromeo Parish.

She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Hause, two brothers; John and Joseph Kelly and her sister Sally Mack.

Anne is survived by her husband of 45 years Walter " Wally " Hause, her son Kyle Hause, Girardville, her two daughters; Kelly wife of Adam Chuplis, Richmond, VA and Shannon O'Boyle, Girardville, her two beloved grandchildren; Lily Anne Chuplis and Sean O'Boyle, her sister Mary Agnes wife of Skip Rotunno, Allentown and her brother Pat and his wife Betty Kelly, Texas, several nieces and nephews and her pet dogs: Moe, Sarge and Molly.

Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
