Anna May Charlock

Anna May Charlock , 78, Frackville, passed away peacefully Saturday at her residence.

Born in Pottsville she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Anna Shappell. She was of the catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by a son Michael, four brothers: Robert, Ronald, John and Edward, two sisters; Dolores Greenburg, and Roseanne Prokop.

Anna May is survived by her husband of 54 years Alex Charlock, three sons; Edward, Kissimmee, FL, John, Frackville and Charles, Clifton, NJ, three brothers; Gerald Shappell, Pottsville, Sam Shappell, Seltzer and Herman Shappell, Port Carbon, her sister Barbara Haslam, St. Clair, five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Religious services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday evening from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville. Interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. A viewing will be held at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. until time of services.
