, 101, former Girardville and Gilberton resident passed away peacefully Friday afternoon at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown, with her family by her side.
Born in Shenandoah she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Mildred Ambrose Gudonis. She was a seamstress and had worked at several area factories until her retirement.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Girardville and a member of the Holy Rosary Society of the church also a member of the Girardville Senior Citizens.
The last member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by her husband Peter P. Bolusky; three brothers; John, Albert and Joseph Gudonis and her sister Violet Yanushefsky.
Anna is survived by her son Peter and his wife Anna Bolusky, Gilberton, and her daughter Dolores wife of Joseph Bonner, Dauphin, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Girardville, with Rev. Paul Rothermel, pastor, as the celebrant. Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. until time of Mass.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations , in Anna's memory, be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 1627 W. Chew St., fourth floor, Allentown, PA 18102.
