Ann T. Connor

Ann T. Connor , Girardville, beloved aunt, sister, friend, and neighbor, passed away peacefully Monday at her residence in Broad Mountain Manor, Frackville

Born in Girardville, she was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Larkin) Connor. Ann was a devoted member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Girardville. She was retired from the Pennsylvania State Department of Finance. She was a graduate and valedictorian of her class at St. Joseph's Catholic School in Girardville. Ann also graduated from the McCann School of Business in Mahanoy City.

She was preceded in death by her sister Jean (Connor) Joyce, her brothers Charles Connor and Walter Connor, and a nephew Michael Connor.

Ann is survived by her nieces Maureen (Joyce) McCormick, Kathleen (Joyce) Delinsky, her nephews Joseph Joyce, Kevin Joyce, Patrick Joyce, Sean Joyce, Larry Connor, Brian Connor, Neil Connor, Francis Connor, Keith Connor and many lifelong friends and neighbors.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Girardville, with Rev. Edward B. Connolly, pastor as the celebrant. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs. Friends may call at the church Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions, in Ann's name be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 1 Marie Hall Drive, Danville, PA 17821.
