Alverda "Cookie" Kerrigan

Cookie Kerrigan , 77, Girardville passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 3rd at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville surrounded by her family.

Born in Frackville, she was a daughter of the late John and Bessie Fowler. She worked at Mary's Cafe in Girardville and at Ashland Shirt until her retirement.

She is survived by her husband, John "Crash" Kerrigan, Girardville; her two daughters: Lori A. Kerrigan, Ringtown and Shannon Kerrigan O'Connell, Cressona; her son, Mark Rainis and his wife Christy, Girardville; her 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private.
