Albert W. Dillman

It is with great sadness and deeply broken hearts we must inform all family, friends and loved ones of the passing of Albert W. Dillman , 72, on June 6, 2022.

Born in Frackville, in 1950, he was a son of the late Robert and Irene O. Krell Dillman. He was employed for forty years for the Department of Labor and Industry being promoted numerous times. When he retired he held the position of Office Manager, of the Allentown Call Center.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Frackville. Albert was a 1967 graduate of the former Frackville High School and he enjoyed attending many class reunions. He was also a proud Army Veteran having served in Viet Nam as a medic. He was a lifetime member of Goodwill Hose Co #1, Frackville, where he served in many capacities throughout the years, member of Frackville American Legion, Post 398, lifetime VFW member, Masonic Lodge # 737 F&AM, Pulaski Lodge, member and past exalted ruler of Frackville Elks Lodge # 1533.

He was preceded in death by brothers; Robert, Ronald, Harry, David, Floyd and Francis Dillman, his sister Phyllis Holden and brothers-in-law Tony Kurdilla and Terry Devitt.

Albert is survived by his wife and companion Monica, brother Donald R. and his wife Winnie Dillman, Frackville, sisters; Joanne M. Kurdilla and Linda Dillman both of Frackville and Christine M. Devitt, Lehighton, numerous nieces and nephews he loved to joke and laugh with.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 13 ^th at Zion Lutheran Church, 37 S. Broad Mountain Ave. Frackville, with Rev. Carl Shankweiler, pastor, officiating.  Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA on Tuesday at 3 p.m.. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9 a.m until time of service.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations, in Albert's name, be made to the Goodwill Hose Co., P O Box #25 Frackville, PA 17931
